Percussion course
Percussion instruments have become increasingly important for contemporary music in recent years. The primary goal of this course is to develop the possibilities of expression of percussion instruments on the basis of a firm grasp of the rich tradition of existing music.
In the four-year course, students first pass through a basic program stressing practical lessons in basic technique and the development of musical sense through solo and ensemble playing. Thereafter, through practice in ensemble and orchestral playing, students develop their creativity.
